Mondays With Mason On Tuesday

40 WEEKS!!  How has this much time passed by?  I guess time flies when you are having fun.  I am now pulling up to standing and just starting to cruise a little.  I love holding on with only one hand and seeing what I can get into!  My other favorite thing to do is to try and climb the stairs.  I can do it if Mommy or Daddy makes sure I don’t slide back down the stairs but not on my own completely yet. 

When we were in Florida we decided to go to the beach.  The weather wasn’t ideal but it was warm enough to play in the sand.  I enjoyed feeling sand in my hands for the first time and only tried to eat it a few times LOL!  Taylor had a blast chasing all the birds around and digging for shells.  It was fun to share a few firsts with Taylor, the two of us had never been to a real beach and of course it was our first time seeing the ocean!  Fun times!  Mommy took a few hundred more beach pictures so I’m sure she will share some more soon.

A Peek Inside

Mommy stuck her camera up against the window and snapped some pics of the inside LOL!  Can you tell we are eager to get in there?  We’ll try for some more Disney tomorrow.  Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Weeeee!

I had so much fun going on all the rides at Disney.  I really have no fear when it comes to rides and the faster the better.  The picture below was taken on the teacup ride and I loved it when Daddy spun us around fast!  

 

And… We’re Back!

We had an amazing, fun filled holiday!  Disney was so much fun and Mommy took sooo many pictures that I could never post them all but I will try to post a few every day for a while.  We are only weeks away from moving into our new house so things are still pretty busy around here.  Mommy and I are looking forward to when we can start posting again on a regular basis.  We went to see the house yesterday and the kitchen is in!!  The tile is down, the paint is done, we are just waiting for the hardwood, lights and sinks to be installed and all the final touches to be finished.  It will be great finally get things organized again.    

You just know Mommy had to do this to Mason, LOL!!!  As you can tell, he didn’t like it one bit, not because they were girly ears but because he didn’t like the feel of them on his head. 
 This balloon was the best investment (Mommy says investment because it was $10!!!).  It was worth every penny!  Mason & I have played with it everyday and loved it.  Mason crawls around all over the place with it and I love taking it from him to get him to chase me.  The best part is that we have had it for 2 weeks and it still looks as good as when we got it!!               

I know that’s not much of a post but it’s a start at least, LOL!

Mondays With Mason

37 Weeks!  Lots has been happening since I last posted.  I can crawl easily and get around quite quickly too.  If you hold my hands I will walk but I am not cruising yet.  I have no fear and that is sometimes not good since I fall over so much because I love to pull up on things so much!

  I now have 6 teeth!  Mommy is glad that my top 2 teeth are finally through because I was pretty miserable until they broke through. 

I am copying all sorts of things that Taylor does and I already love to chase her around the house.  I’m also playing with my toys now, my favorite thing to do is to push my cars and “dance” to music.  I love growing up but Mommy wishes I would slow down just a bit LOL! 

More, more, more.

Some more January pictures.  I still need to post some holiday shots but Mommy is trying to keep caught up with her pictures this year, LOL!  That will last probably until we go to Florida and after she takes a bazillion pictures it will all seem to over whelming again!  Oh well, maybe it will work, maybe not. 

We had a great Christmas and New Year’s.  Mason and I were very spoiled and loved every minute of it.  Mommy was also very spoiled herself, on Christmas Eve Daddy gave her a new camera!  It’s the Sony a850 and she calls it her “even bigger girl camera”, LOL.  

Our New Year’s was actually just like any other day.  Mason and I went to bed at our regular time and Mommy went to bed earlier than her usual time.  Mason was teething and was up quite a bit the night before so staying up till midnight and then having another long night was not her cup of tea. 

   

A Few More

Just a few pictures from our January so far.  I have so many more to share but so little time LOL!  I’m trying to catch up with everyone a few at a time but since the charge on this laptop only lasts 2 hours it’s been hard to multi task with it plugged into the wall because Mommy has to catch up with all the bookwork too.  Mason and I will try to update the blog better with some posts about our holidays and of course get back into Mondays With Mason soon.  The house is getting there and the floors are scheduled to start on the 17th!!  Yippee!  We will be in Florida by then so it will be exciting to peek through the windows to see how it is coming along when we get back.  Happy New Year to all!

Too Long

Sorry, I don't have any pictures to post because Mommy handed in her laptop to the accountant a few days after our last post. We hope to have it back in another week or two and then there will be tons of pics to share. Mason & I had a wonderful Christmas and we hope everyone else did too! The house is going great and is all drywalled and ready for mud. We can't wait to move in and get things back to normal! Hopefully soon. Florida is just around the corner and I am very excited to see the princesses.

Mondays With Mason And Other Things

Yesterday was my 3rd birthday!!  It was very low key since we are at Grandma & Grandpa’s but I had a great day anyways.  In the morning we went to the play place and my cousin Emma came along, it was really fun.  After my nap Uncle Dave and Aunt Amy came over for pizza and cake and I opened my presents.  Thanks so much for all the fun play-doh!!  I also got a doll from Grandma & Grandpa and a castle from Mommy, Daddy and Mason.  We do have pictures but they still need to be uploaded. 

Here is a picture of our house that Mommy took last week.  We are going out for lunch with Tammy tomorrow so we will go and see what else has been done.  I’m pretty sure the garage doors are on and the roof is shingled.  Now when I see the house I get a little more excited! 
33 Weeks!  You know you had a good sleep when you have an imprint of the sheet on your face due to lack of movement LOL!!  Too bad this was taken over a month ago.  My sleeping is getting a bit better here but still not as good as before the move, soon…  It’s official, I am a crawler!!  I’m still not fast but I get where I want to go easily.  I’m more interested with pulling up on things these days.  

I’m not making it up on my feet yet, just to my knees but I’m trying.  I am also doing a cross between downward dog and a push up.  Mommy thinks I should slow it down a bit since her little baby girl just turned 3 but I’m ready to go, go, go!!

Mondays With Mason

32 Weeks!!  The internet connection at Grandma and Grandpa’s is terrible on the 3rd floor so the posts will be few and far between for the duration of our stay.  Mommy has tried to comment on many blogs but she is only lucky enough to have had a few comments go through. 

I am growing bigger and stronger everyday.  I should be exclusively crawling by the end of this week!  I am getting better and better everyday!  I would post a video but that might take a century to upload so until we move you’ll have to take my word for it LOL.  I saw my first Christmas tree last week and I can’t see what all the fuss was about?  Yes the lights are twinkly and captured my attention for a few minutes but my reaction was a typical male reaction to a tree… maybe next year I’ll be more interested?  Sleep comes few and far between these days because I am teething.  I just cut my top left tooth today so hopefully I will sleep better tonight.
