Family Photos

Last night went really well with my toddler bed.  In the first 3 minutes I managed to crawl out of bed, pinch my fingers in the closet doors and then fall out of bed lol!!  After that I still got back out of bed but I just played around in my room for a bit and when Daddy came to check on me I was back in my bed and lying down almost asleep.  He covered me up and I went to sleep and slept all night.  I got up a bit early this morning and played for a bit but climbed back into bed and slept for another half an hour.  Mommy and Daddy were worried that I would not crawl back into bed once I was getting tired but I know what to do, I’m a toddler bed pro!

Unfortunately I don’t have any family shots from Perth because the lighting in Great Nanny’s house is terrible and all of the pictures Mommy took were so blurry and yellow that not even Photoshop could help lol!  So for now here are some pictures from Grandma’s house on Christmas morning.

Opening Gifts – Part I

I hope everyone had a fabulous Christmas!  I had an excellent holiday and loved all of my toys and seeing my whole family.  I opened my gifts from Mommy and Daddy on Christmas eve morning because we had such a busy few days ahead of us.  It was a good thing too because it took me a few hours to open my gifts!  I didn’t want any wrapping paper left on my gifts and as I ripped each piece of paper off I handed it to Mommy or Daddy.  If more than 2 pieces were left on the floor I would push the paper towards Daddy and wait for him to pick it up.  Mommy laughed and asked Daddy who I get my cleanliness from because she and Daddy are slobs hehehe!!  After I finally got all of the paper off of my gifts I would ask Daddy to open them so we had to open each one and set them up.  The Play-Doh was the only thing that I wasn’t allowed to open right away.  Here are some pics.SONY DSCSONY DSCSONY DSCSONY DSCSONY DSCSONY DSCSONY DSCSONY DSCSONY DSCSONY DSC

Merry Christmas Everyone!

3086011709_7cc1555fe4_bI do have a bunch of pictures but we have been pretty busy the last few days.  We have made 4 cheese cake pies and a batch of potato cheese soup (I did not care for it).  We have also been doing lots of cleaning and organizing as well as painting baby brother's room and setting up the new furniture.  I will be trying out my new bed just after the holidays, Mommy wants me to get my sleep so I won't be too cranky lol!  Once we have all of that finally arranged I will post some pictures of my newly rearranged room and some of baby brother's nursery.

I wanted to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas because I won't be back on until after Christmas.  Be safe and I hope you have your best Christmas ever!

December 20th

This morning we got up and made some triple chocolate cookies.  I really enjoy making them and licking the beater but I will not eat one of the cookies lol!

We are all getting excited for Christmas!  I will open most of my gifts from Mommy and Daddy on Christmas eve day because we are going to be so busy on Christmas Day seeing family.  We spend the morning with Daddy’s side of the family and then we go see Mommy’s side of the family in the afternoon, so that doesn’t leave us too much time at home.  I’m not sure how much more I will be posting before Christmas but I will try to at least one more time.  SONY DSCSONY DSCSONY DSC

December 18th

SONY DSC Mommy and I made a big ham today.  I didn’t care for it much but I’m not much of a meat eater yet.  Black beans and buns though… yummy lol!

Daddy just came upstairs at 10:00pm and asked Mommy how long has the cat has been locked up in the basement closet?  Mommy started laughing and said since 3:00 this afternoon!  He didn’t go to the bathroom luckily!  I guess that will teach him not to sneak in there when Mommy isn’t looking hehehe.

We went out for lunch today with Tammy and she got me a fun piano for Christmas.  I played with it all the way home and sat on the couch tonight and played it for Daddy (I drove him a bit nuts with it hehehe)!  Thanks Tammy.

In other news, my toddler bed and new dresser have arrived and my fish face abilities have returned.  Yay!! DSC09099-2

December 17th

Today we just hung out at the house.  I am still having fun playing with my new toys so it hasn’t been too boring lol.  Mommy made some homemade broccoli and cheese soup today, it was yummy!  The day before she made beef stew too and it was okay.  I really didn’t care too much for the beef part but I liked all the veggies in gravy.  We are doing test runs of some of the recipes she is going to make just before baby brother gets here.

We  finally had a sunny day today so there was some nice light today.  Here are some pics from this afternoon.SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSCI am drinking a mixture of prune juice and Strawberry Kiwi juice just incase you are wondering Steph LOL!

Destruction of the cake

At first Mommy gave me the whole top of the cake but it became apparent pretty fast that I would not even  touch most of it so she cut it in half.  I didn’t really end up eating that much and I cried again this year when they were trying to get me to tear into it with my hands so Mommy gave me a fork and I was fine after that lol!  DSC08927-2 SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC

I Heart Faces – Pet Week

smallbutton

It’s pet week at I Heart Faces or at least it’s animal week at I Heart Faces.  The pictures do not have to be of a pet and it’s a good thing because I took this shot earlier this summer and it is not my pet lol!  I edited this shot in the summer time when I was learning about playing with textures an brushes.  It was so much fun and I enjoyed learning some new things.  Check out more shots at I Heart Faces.

Again, so many pictures!  I tried to put them into an album but they didn’t look very good that way.  I have many more but I think this is enough for now.  Mommy, Daddy and I went to the tree festival with Uncle Dave and Aunt Amy last night.  I saw Santa and Mrs. Claus again but this time I got to spend quite a while with them.  After we saw Santa we headed off to get some hot chocolate and cookies (I passed on the hot chocolate… to hot lol) and then walked through the roads and looked at all the lights and displays.  I had a blast running all over the place and playing in the snow.  When Daddy put me back in my stroller I had a little fit hehehe!  I am excited to go back again next year.

Today we had a small get together for my Birthday so I will post some pictures of that tomorrow.

Playtrium Pictures

Mommy & Daddy took me to the playtrium this morning for the first time.  We skipped having a birthday party for me this year to try and keep me healthy over the holiday season but I am still having a very small get together tomorrow with Grandma & Grandpa and Uncle Dave and Aunt Amy.  So to still keep things fun for my birthday we headed off to play!  Although, in hind sight, we’re not sure if it was the best place to avoid germs lol, but I’m still feeling good, so that’s already better than last year.   It was so much fun and I can’t wait to go back.  I climbed all over the place and ran around everywhere!  My favorite was the big rolly slide and the toddler area!  Tonight we went to a tree festival with so many beautiful lights and displays.  I will try to post some pictures of that tomorrow, for now here are some shots from the playtrium.

December 10th

Not much happened yesterday.  Mommy was trying to get some things organized around the house.  It was so windy and cold yesterday that it made going outside out of the question.  Too bad too because it snowed all day again the day before and there is snow everywhere!

Here I am playing underneath part of the coffee table.  I am getting too big to keep doing this because I am constantly hitting my head lol.

December 9th

Yesterday we made cookies!  It was lots of fun and I helped with everything except for putting it in and taking it out of the oven of course.  Mommy got it all ready in little dishes so that I could just add the stuff.  Here are pictures of our cookie adventures.

Help... Which one?

Mommy and Daddy have finally agreed on some names for baby brother. Out of the top 100 names they have only agreed on 4 names lol! Please tell them what name is your favorite and then your next favorite.

1. Jackson Alexander
2. Nicholas Alexander
3. Owen Alexander
4. Carter Alexander

Mommy loves Alexander for the first name but Daddy is not agreeable since it is his middle name.

December 8th

There wasn’t many pictures taken yesterday.  Mommy had to go out and deliver all of Daddy’s clients their Christmas gifts so Grandma stayed with me while Mommy was out.  We had lots of fun playing and I even helped Grandma do some cleaning lol.

When Mommy got home it was time for my nap but I didn’t go to sleep right away and Mommy had to take my stuffies out of my crib because I was just playing hehehe!  Eventually I went to sleep and it was almost 3:00!  When Daddy got home he woke me up and then we had something to eat.  After supper we went to Toys r Us and I ran around the store and played with lots of toys.  By the time we got home there was only enough time to snap a few shots.  Here is one of them.

SONY DSCAfter I went to bed Mommy worked on our Christmas cards.  When she went to save the one she was working on the laptop crashed and her work was lost so she changed her mind on the layout again and ended up with this one.Christmas Card 2009-2

December 7th

Today it finally snowed!   There has been a few days of snowing already but nothing stayed on the ground.  So today it finally stayed and I got to go outside and play in it!  Can I just say how much I love the snow!!?  I had so much fun discovering what it was all about.  My neighbour came over and we made a snowman with Daddy’s  help.

December 6th

Yesterday I went to a birthday party for Tessa.  Afterwards we met Grandma and Grandpa and went out for supper.  During supper my nose started running like a tap and now I have a cold… yuck!  I was also having a poopy issue too so after a trip to the pharmacy and a warm bath my poopy issue was solved and I finally went to sleep at 10:00.  On the bright side I slept in pretty late so I woke up with my normal bright sunny attitude lol!

Here are some pictures from the party.

December 5th

Today I went to see Santa at the mall today.  I sat on his knee and had my picture taken with him.  I did pretty good this year…  I didn’t cry lol.  However, I really didn’t smile too much.  In fact,  I was pretty suspicious of the guy hehehe.  Everyone was trying to get me to smile but I didn’t want to get too distracted because I had to keep an eye on Santa.  After a little bit I warmed up to him enough to look at him and we looked at a book together.  I half smiled but I kept my distance.  Mommy will scan a picture of that maybe later tonight.

I loved getting dressed up and I ran around the house twirling.  Mommy isn’t going to post a full picture of my outfit because it is the one I will be wearing on Christmas eve.

December 4th

It was a busy day again yesterday.  Mommy and I went to Bonnie Togs for the friends and family sale in the morning.  We were planning a fun craft project in the morning but Daddy was home early so I had fun playing with him until nap time instead.  Soon after my nap Uncle Dave & Aunt Amy came over and we all went out to dinner and then did some shopping.  By the time we got home it was already past my bedtime so I will have to do the craft project this week coming up because we have plans for tomorrow and today already.  Here are some pics from my day.

December 2

Today was another fun day but for different reasons.  After breakfast we opened day 2 on our advent calendars.  Strangely enough my calendar was missing my day 2 surprise but Mommy thinks I just might find it on day 7 lol!  Fortunately we still had the Lindt calendar and here is our prize.

DSC07557-2 Soon after Grandma arrived and stayed with me for a bit while Mommy & Daddy went out for an appointment.  When they got back this is what they told me…DSC07573-2 Yep, that’s right, I am going to have a little brother.  I still really don’t know what they are talking about but I’m sure I will understand once he gets here.  Maybe in a few more months I will realize what is happening?  Mommy says I will be a wonderful big sister and show him the ropes lol.

When I got up for my nap we went to the mall to buy some little boy clothes because we really weren’t expecting a boy and all we have is girl clothes so we went to see what was out there.  Apparently Mommy liked what she saw because this is what we came home with.

SONY DSC Oh ya, and we brought back an orange juice too, which I thought Iggle Piggle might want some of.

December 1

It’s the official countdown until Christmas!  Mommy and I are trying to get some pictures in everyday this this month.  I have had a busy morning already today.  The first fun thing we did today was start our advent calendars.  Mommy bought a Lindt one for her and I to share and then Grandma bought me another one too.  SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC Then we made some cheese cake pies!

Curiosity

I am quite fascinated with the tree this year.  I have already broke one ornament and Mommy has a feeling that there will be more to come lol.  When I woke up this morning I discovered that Mommy had wrapped and put a bunch of presents under the tree already.  I commented right away and I tried to pull one or two out but I was quickly told “No”!  Mommy said they are not all for me and I will get to open mine soon enough.

You can expect to see many more pictures like this.  We are trying to document everyday with at least one picture for everyday in December.

I Heart Faces – Tooshies!

smallbutton

The theme for this week is tooshies.  This should be a fun and interesting week to see the shots.  I expect to see some pretty funny pictures, but no nudes, they are not allowed.

This was taken in August when Taylor started trying to see the world upside down.  She sometimes still does this but not nearly as much.  Head on over to I Heart Faces to check out this weeks photos.

Santa Claus Parade - Gananoque

Wow, two posts in one day!  I must be feeling ambitious lol!  Mommy didn’t edit any of these pictures though, not much point since they are night shots.  Mommy loves the first shot  though.  We have so many more pictures than I am going to post but I don’t want to overload you with too many pictures in one day.

We met Uncle Dave and Aunt Amy for a birthday dinner for Daddy and then we went to the parade afterwards.  I had lots of fun at this parade and I even got some candy this time!  In fact, Mommy and Daddy had their pockets full of goodies!  I’m a little too small for most of them but I can eat the rockets.

Oh Christmas Tree!

Just a quick post before we go out.  I am off to see Santa in another parade lol!  I need to catch up with all my bloggy friends tonight.

When I got up from my nap yesterday Mommy had the tree all fluffed and ready to be decorated.  We went out and did some shopping for Daddy’s clients and after we ate supper Mommy and I decorated the tree.  I mostly just made a mess but I did manage to get a few decorations put on the tree.  Here are some pics of our night.SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC DSC07076-2 SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC SONY DSC DSC07104-2 DSC07131-2

My New Wheels

DSC06998-2Mommy & Daddy bought me a new stroller.  I couldn’t believe it when I saw it had a spot for Lora my dolly.  They said something about a brother or sister but I have no idea what that is but I know for sure that Lora fits in there nicely LOL!!

It is a the Bumbleride Indie Twin stroller.  My Quinny stroller is a jogger with big wheels and a metal frame, a lot like this one and we loved it so this one was perfect for what Mommy was looking for.  It even has a cup holder, something that the Quinny didn’t have.  The bar in front of Lora is the universal adapter bar so that Mommy can attach the car seat that we already have.

As you can see in the picture I have to now do my fish face a new way.  Mommy taught me this new way.  I’m not sure why but I have lost my ability to make the fish face without using my fingers.  Mommy thinks it might have something to do with my new molars, we’re not sure.

I Heart Faces – Sun Flare

smallbutton

This week’s theme at I Heart Faces is Sun Flare!  I didn’t really get a good shot of Taylor with a good sun flare in it when we went out last week.  The sun was too high up and I just couldn’t get down far enough on the ground.  If it was summer time I would have but the ground was wet and soggy so I decided to use this picture from earlier this summer.  I’m not sure if it will even qualify since there isn’t really a face in it but I still wanted to participate lol.  If you want to see a better face shot with some sun flare go to I Heart Faces, you won’t be disappointed.SONY DSC

Santa Claus Parade

Tonight I went to my first Santa Claus Parade.  I don’t usually do well with loud noises, they make me cry, but tonight I was really good at tolerating them and only cried a few times.  I was mostly irritated that bigger kids were standing in front of me and blocking my view!  Mommy said live and learn and next year we will be much more aggressive with our space and bring out the chairs and set them up right at the edge of the curb.  We could only get my stroller to the edge and it is very narrow in the front and kids were standing beside me so I saw a lot of bum hehehe.  Daddy saved me and picked me up and I was happier, he’s 6’4” so it’s handy to have a tall Daddy in these instances.  I kept on going back and forth from Mommy and Daddy but overall I had a great time at the parade.  As expected the pictures didn’t turn out that great.  Most of them are orange hued and Mommy knows if she had of played with the white balance on her camera she probably could have eliminated that but she hasn’t touched that setting very much and didn’t want to try to figure it out.  She only edited 1 picture of tonight so please excuse the orange lol!  It didn’t help that the street lights were orange too.  Here are some pics from tonight.

Happy Weekend!

SONY DSC Tomorrow Mommy, Daddy and I are going to go to the Santa parade!  I am excited since it will be my first time.  I’m not sure how well the pictures will turn out since it will be starting to get dark by the time the parade starts.

Mommy’s class is not quite what she expected.  She thought it would be some fun editing of pictures for Christmas but it turned out to be more of a scrapbooking project and it’s not really her kind of scrapbooking.  There are so many great ideas though that she is interested in doing or incorporating into her kind of scrapbooking.  I will post pictures of the pages once she starts doing some.

Today we went to get Mommy’s H1N1 shot for her, so far so good, just a sore arm.  She is now 17 weeks along in her pregnancy so she decided it was time to go.  The line wasn’t too bad.  We went and got a bracelet and then went shopping for a bit.  She dropped Daddy and I off at home and went back and then she got to pass a hundred or so people in line thanks to the bracelet.  She is starting to show a little so I will start to post some pics in the next week or so.  Mommy has been showing me some drawings of women with babies in their belly from her pregnancy book.  I point to the baby and say bebe but I’m not getting that she has one in her belly.  Last night I pointed to my own belly and said bebe lol!

I know for many of you this is Thanksgiving weekend, so I hope you all have a great thanksgiving dinner and enjoy the company of your loved ones.  We already had our thanksgiving in October.

Gorgeous Blogger Award

GorgeousBloggerAward

Jeremi at Elle and Zoe has given me (Taylor’s Mommy) this fun award, thanks Jeremi!  It was so nice of you to include me in your list!  The rules for accepting the 'Gorgeous Blogger' award are to share six things you don't know about me, and to pass the award on to six other Gorgeous Bloggers.

Six Things You Don’t Know About Me.

  1. I sing… a lot!  I am terrible and so is my husband (he’s worse) but we can not help ourselves.  If I start humming or singing a song he will join in and vise versa.  I sing songs with made up words of popular tunes to Taylor and dance around the living room with her.  I always have to correct my husband when he gets the words wrong too LOL.
  2. I hate shortbread cookies and always have but have discovered that while pregnant I can’t get enough.  I got my husband to drive to Walmart, 9:00 at night, and buy me a box.  I ate the whole box in 24 hours and have since bought 4 more boxes!  I hope this ends soon because it’s not good for the waistline.
  3. I love to scrapbook and have a huge collection of cricut cartidges and haven’t used half of them.  In fact the last page that I scrapbooked was from last Thanksgiving but I still buy supplies.
  4. I LOVE the winter olympics and barely leave the house when they are on.  This will be the first year that I have been a mother while they will be held so I couldn’t be happier to own a PVR.  I am so stoked that they will be in Canada this year!  Come on 2010.
  5. I am terrified of cows. When I was young I used to run away screaming "run for your lives" if one came too close.  It’s weird because I lived beside a farm most of my childhood but never overcame the fear of them.  An animal that is bigger than I am makes me nervous.
  6. I think of crazy scenarios in my head and try to think of how to avoid or resolve them.  For example, I kept myself awake for over an hour thinking of what I would do if there was a fire in my garage at night.  My bedroom is directly over the garage and so if I survived my bed falling through the floor and I escaped the flames, how would I get to Taylor and save her?  All of that was started because I heard a noise coming from the garage lol.

And now to award 6 other Gorgeous Bloggers....

Stephanie @ Roper Family
Natalie @ And Then There Were Three
Carly @ Carly’s Photography
Suki @ Life With Ghost Eyed Dogs
Bridgette @ Life’s A Beach
Maria @ Ramblings From The Foothills
Cathy @ Created For Inspiration
Shannon@ Espinoza’s Love
Rachel @ Moments With My Miracles
Catherine Anne @ Blessed Adventures

Okay I know that is way more than 6 but I don’t want to leave people out or hurt feelings LOL!!  If I missed you and you want to participated just let me know and I will add you to the list.  If I added you and you don’t want to participate I won’t be offended if you don’t.  I have another award that I have to do but I got busy (actually I think I fell asleep early) and I forgot about it… also known as baby brain.  This one reminded me of it and I will try to put that one up tomorrow.

Day 1 of Holidays In Hand

christmas-tree

Mommy is taking another online class at Jessica Sprague and it a little different than the other classes she has taken.  It has to do with scrapbooking which is great because it has been too long since she has scrapped.

The first assignment is to write down your goals for this holiday season and so here are her goals.

  1. To make the holidays as fun and special as possible for me because it will be my last as an only child.
  2. To take as many pictures as possible.
  3. To be as organized and prepared as possible.
  4. To take a deep breath when it all seems like too much lol!
  5. To stay as merry and bright as possible.
  6. Try not to be a control freak and remember what Christmas is all about.

I think the list to could go on and on but the post needs to end sometime.

The second assignment is to commit at least 20 minutes a day to recording, writing, photographing, savoring, printing, gluing, scrapbooking, remembering, slowing down EVERY DAY in December!  Yikes!  Mommy says she may not be able to do 20 minutes everyday but might be able to do 40 minutes or more on off days.

Psst… Mommy never scrapped anything from last Christmas either lol!  Maybe she can start with that?

I Heart Faces – Autumn Beauty

smallbutton The theme this week is Autumn Beauty.  They want to see all the beautiful colours of fall.  I had a hard time this week choosing which picture I would use.  Taylor and I have been on so many walks this fall and I have so many great pictures of her.  I was going to use a different picture because the description called for all the beautiful colours of fall and I have one but I decided to go with this one instead.  It isn’t as “colourful” as most of the pictures I have but the story behind it is why I chose this one.  Taylor and I were walking along the path and she loves sticks so she picked one up and as she was walking she snagged a leaf on the end of it, she was so proud of her “catch” and didn’t mind showing it off!  A few frames later she was trying to eat the leaf LOL.  If you want to check out all the other beautiful fall shots go to I Heart Faces!

Sunset

Mommy took this pictures from our deck a week or so ago.  They are straight out of the camera but the sky looked even more orange in person.    It was so beautiful even I stopped and looked at it for a while.  I don’t think I have seen the sky look like that before but then again I don’t really look either LOL!

Mommy, Daddy and I did some Christmas shopping last weekend and tonight.  I think this is the last year that they will get away with taking me along.  I am starting to wonder what all those fun looking packages are.  Other than that not too much has been happening.  I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Bird Wearing

It’s the latest fashion!  Well maybe not, but it was really neat and exciting to have them land in my hand and eat from it!

Today was very eventful at the point.  I played with a little boy who was the same age as I was and I played a while with a little girl too.  While I was playing with the little girl we were feeding the birds together and a buck and doe came walking by.  We actually heard the buck let out a really loud call to the female.  Mommy says he was trying to be “friendly” with the female and we better not get too close because they can be pretty aggressive this time of year.  It was the first time we saw a male while out for a walk.  I was more interested in the birds though.

I need to catch up on some posts but Mommy has been pretty tired lately.  I still haven’t posted the rest of my Halloween pictures yet lol, maybe sometime this week.  On Thursday I went for my H1N1 shot and I didn’t even cry!  I had absolutely no side effects (knock   on wood) and my arm wasn’t even sore the next day.  Mommy was pretty nervous and so was Daddy, he called Mommy 3 time on Friday to see how I was doing.  There is such a debate on whether or not to get it but since Mommy is pregnant we decided it was best because it has been going around our city like crazy.  So overall we are very happy nothing bad happened.  Now we just have to wait and see how it goes with Mommy and Daddy.

The weather yesterday and today has been so great!  Yesterday Mommy and Daddy took me to the park (Yeah for my shot) because I haven’t been there for a while.  Today Mommy and I made our way to Lemoine Point for a walk.  All of the leaves have fallen from the trees but there are still a bunch on the ground so I had a bunch of fun playing with them today.  We are going to go again tomorrow and we will bring some seeds with us.  The chickadees were flying really close to us so Mommy put up her hand and a few landed on her hand, they didn’t stay long because she didn’t have any seeds. I was having a great time running around and saying “Hi” to everyone that walked by.  Here are some pictures from today.

Disappointment is…

Losing your balloons!  These shots were all taken within 3 seconds of one another.  They tell a clear story.  You can see the look of  “OH NO!” on my face in this shot.SONY DSC In this next shot I am pointing at them stuck in the tree and giving Mommy the pleading look to get them back!SONY DSC This last shot is blurry because Mommy was no longer looking at me she was looking up to see if she could save the balloons.  You can tell the tears are about to start LOL.  Mommy was able to get 3 of the 4 balloons.  There was originally5 but we already went through the same drama a few minutes earlier LOL!SONY DSC

I Heart Faces - Balloons

smallbutton OOHH I have been waiting for this week for a while.  I haven’t come up with a creative and fabulous shot like I know there will be this week but Taylor’s in it so it’s perfect and special to me LOL!  She had so much fun playing with the balloons and was quite disappointed when she accidently let them go.  They were tied to her hand but she hated that so I explained that she had to hold them and she did great for a while but when they got stuck on a branch she let go to try and get a better grip.  I was able to get most of them back because they were stuck in the tree but after the same thing happening over and over we were left with just 2 in the end.

I have been looking forward to seeing some really creative shots, I love I Heart Faces for that simple fact.  I am always amazed by some really beautiful shots and ALWAYS see some pictures that I want to try in the future.  If you want to see some great shots go to I Heart Faces.SONY DSC

Happy Halloween!

It’s too bad that it was so dark, windy and rainy here today.  It really made it hard to get a picture that wasn’t blurry/grainy or both, especially when I was so excited and moving around like crazy lol!  Here are just a few, there will be more to follow.  Mommy even forced herself to post a picture of herself.

Here I am with Mommy at Grandma & Grandpa’s house.SONY DSC On my way to my first Trick or Treat!SONY DSCSONY DSCMy first real trick or treat!SONY DSC

Does It Have To End?

It wasn’t perfectly sunny all day but it was still great weather.  We went for another walk this morning and I had lots of fun running around again.  We saw a few kids my age and I had fun babbling to them.  I was picking up leaves and yelling leaf to the lol.   I wish this weather wouldn’t end but I know it will.  Hopefully we can find some fun things to do this winter.

Mommy has a doctors appointment tomorrow so I am going to go to Grandma & Grandpa’s house for an hour.  Other than that not much will be going on tomorrow.  I hope everyone is enjoying their week so far.  Here are a few pics from today.  I am going to break them up and post some more tomorrow since I won’t be up to too much.  It’s supposed to rain all day again too… blah!

A Beautiful Day!

It was another gorgeous day here today so we went for a walk.  The leaves are really starting to fall from the trees now, so that’s a bit sad but there are still some really pretty ones left.  Mommy thinks that we will go to the point this winter and see if I will go down a few small hills on my sleigh.  As long as I don’t fall off I think that sounds fun!  We are going back tomorrow and possibly Thursday if the rain holds off.  The weather network can’t make up it’s mind for that day lol.

I Heart Faces – Halloween Dress Up

smallbutton

Yes, it’s that time again!  This week at I Heart Faces the theme is Halloween dress up.  I am guessing there will be so many fun shots this week so be sure to check them out.  I didn’t want to spoil the surprise of Taylor’s outfit so I decided she should dress up as a fairy princess for our pictures today.  It was such a beautiful day outside today and we were so happy because it has been so rainy here for most of the week.  I was hoping to get a good picture of Taylor smiling but she was just so busy doing her own thing that she would barely even look at me lol.
