I Heart Faces – Beach Week

button_-_at_the_beach_thumb[1] I was so excited for this week!  I had huge plans to go to the sandbanks and have a blast with Taylor… but that didn’t happen.  So we decided to go to a local beach, what a let down!  The local beaches are some of the saddest, rundown and most pathetic beaches I’ve seen.  There are plans to revamp it and add a splash pad and other great things but it probably won’t happen for years because it is still in the planning stage.  Anyways, I managed to get a shot that doesn’t really show how pitiful our beach is LOL.  If you want to see gorgeous pictures that have nice beaches in them go to I Heart Faces, you won’t regret it!SONY DSC

If that beach was a bad one, you couldn't tell it in your photo at all. It looks beautiful! And you little one is so cute too. :)

Your beach looks great from the picture : ) I wish we had a beach closer to us. Ours is about 2 hours away. And with traffic, it can take 3... Not so fun! Your baby is beautiful!

Pathetic beach, maybe, but at least your beaches have water! Beach aside, your depth of field is really nice, what a cutie!

Great job on the focus... getting something mid-range as the only focus can be hard to do. I think it's a great shot!

You must be a good photographer because I don't see any pitiful thing in this photo, but an adorable young lady.

I am loving how the pail is out of focus and the background but your beautiful daughter is completely crisp and clear. Looks like fun!

A beautiful photo - you certainly framed it well. The viewer can't tell that it's anything less than a pristine beach.

The actual beach may be pitiful, but the subject of your photo is so cute, she makes everything look great. Looks like she is tasting the sand.

Love the blurred sand toys in the foreground. Sets the scene so well and adds a nice splash of color.

Loving your photography! I have always been interested, but recently got a Sony a200k and the Adobe Creative Suite3 so I'm ready to get out there and start taking photos! Hope to find tons of inspiration through the pages of your blog! :) Thanks so much!
