Sitting in the Grass
The first 2 pictures were taken before the last 3. I really didn't like sitting in the grass the first time and Daddy had to pick me up cause I really started to cry (sucker hehehe!). Mommy took me out a few days later and I warmed up to the grass once she gave me a big peice of it. She tickled my nose first and she also had to pick me up a few times too, lol!! Eventually I sat for a bit and let her get a few more photos.
I am going to Perth tomorrow so it will be fun to see everyone again. I have to go and have a bath now, have a goodnight everyone.

This & That
Here are a bunch of different shots. In the first one Mommy stuck my bunny-bear blanky on my head. I liked it up there so I left it there until I was done watching my video. In the next picture Daddy & I were just having some play time on my mats. The next is me sleeping in my crib. I really like sleeping on my stomach (just like Mommy). Then in the next one I am playing under the dresser that was brought upstairs until the basement is finished. I think it is fun to have a hiding spot. Last but not least I am playing in the stools. I like holding onto them and looking at them from underneath. I think that Mommy & Daddy better get rid of them once I start to try and pull up on them though, I might topple one of them over. Daddy doesn't think so but Mommy said just incase, lol!!!

Baby Blues
Mommy loves me in this colour, she thinks it makes my eyes look so pretty. I don't mind the colour but people already mistake me for a boy when I am wearing pink (Mommy gets pretty irritated by them lol). I am glad they are just PJ's!
In other news, I finally waved to someone yesterday. Mommy was feeding me and Grandma was waving hi to me so I decided to do it back. Mommy and I have been practicing with my Baby Einstein videos so I thought I would give it a go on my own. It was easy and it is fun to see how easily the adults are entertained, hahaha!

A Message From Mommy
This is a few days late. I meant to post it on the 25th which was the actual 30th birthday, but better late than never. Believe it or not it was Mike that told me about it, lol!! I just saw this on another blog and it reminded me, so here it is!
It's the 30th birthday of the world's first baby conceived by in vitro fertilization, Louise Brown, born in Oldham, England (1978).
Her parents had been trying to conceive for nine years. A doctor told Lesley Brown, the future mother of Louise, that she had a blocked fallopian tube and referred her to Dr. Patrick Steptoe, who had been conducting research on fertilization for many years. The Browns decided that they would have Dr. Steptoe harvest an egg from Lesley's ovary, which would then be fertilized with her husband's sperm in a laboratory. Dr. Edwards would perform this fertilization in vitro (from Latin, literally "in glass" — coined in reference to the test tube in which experiments were performed). A few days later, Dr. Steptoe would transfer the newly formed embryo back into the uterus of Lesley Brown.
The research leading up to successful human in vitro fertilization spanned many decades. In the late 1800s, a research doctor had extracted embryos from an Angora rabbit and placed them in the uterus of an already pregnant Belgian rabbit. The litter this pregnant Belgian rabbit produced consisted of four Belgians and two Angoras. Through this, the doctor proved that it was possible to take embryos at a certain early stage and put them into a gestational carrier — in other words, a biological surrogate mother — and that these transplanted embryos would develop normally.
Scientists began to study eggs and embryos widely in the laboratory. It took researchers two years to figure out correctly the timing of human egg maturation.
In 1959, Dr. M.C. Chang, a reproductive biologist, performed an in vitro fertilization that resulted in the first successful live birth. He took eggs from a black rabbit, fertilized them in the lab with sperm from another black rabbit, and transferred the resulting embryos to a white rabbit, which gave birth to a litter of young black rabbits. His experiment formed the basis for the first successful human in vitro fertilization.
The procedure done by Dr. Steptoe and Dr. Edwards was successful. Louise Brown was delivered on this day in 1978 at 11:47 p.m. by Caesarean section. She weighed 5 pounds 12 ounces. When she was four years old, her parents told her about the manner of her conception and showed her the famous video of her birth.
She has a younger sister, also conceived by IVF. In December of 2006, Louise Brown gave birth to a son, conceived without any fertility treatment. For many years she earned a living taking care of children at a nursery. Today, she is a postal worker near Bristol, a job that leads to puns about "deliveries," according to sources. Today, there are over a million children that have been conceived by in vitro fertilization, and the birth rate of IVF conceptions is now near 1 percent.
Thank you Drs. Chang and Steptoe for leading the way, and to all the doctors and staff that helped make our baby dreams come true!!!!! Taylor wouldn't have been possible without all of you!

Some new Shoes
Here I am modeling my latest pair of shoes. I really like them. I like them so much I take them off every chance I get and chew on them! They are fun to chew on. Mommy finally gave up trying to keep them out of my mouth, it's not like I am walking anywhere in them yet lol!
Grandma & Grandpa are coming to visit me tomorrow, other than that we don't have much planned. Mommy and I did go to Michael's to day cause the cricut cartridges were on sale. I hope you all have a good weekend.

My Cousin & I
My cousin Emma came to visit me with Grandma & Grandpa and we had fun. We played for a few hours and I stayed up past my bedtime. When we sat together on the couch I lasted for about 3 minutes and I just couldn't stay awake any longer! I was fading fast and Mommy snapped a few shots and then I fell asleep on Emma! Mommy told Emma she should come over every night, lol!!

No, I won't put my head down!
Here I am lifting my head up. I refuse to put it down these days. I prefer the view from this vantage point than to just stare at the ceiling when Mommy lays me down. I do this all the time except when I am sleeping, lol! I even do it when Mommy is changing my diaper, when I am not trying to get away that is. HeHeHe!!
We had a good weekend. Mommy & Aunt Amy had another yard sale and Mommy gave me half of the money she made. I am getting quite the stash in the wallet that Mommy bought me. I want to spend it but Mommy says we have to save it... boo hiss boo! I will try to post a little more often but Mommy is busy and I am keeping her that way too, lol!!

Where's Taylor?!
Here are some pictures of me hiding behind my toys. I really like to play pee-a-boo and anything I can hide behind will do, lol!! I am always puting my toys over my face and I get really excited when I do cause I know someone will try and find me hahaha! In the last picture Daddy and I are hiding from Mommy. It was fun to hide together! Mommy found us eventually though.
In other news, on Tuesday July 18th I finally said Dada! Actually I said dedededede but Mommy got very excited and told Daddy I said Dada, lol! I'll let them think what they want for now.
Tammy came over on Tuesday morning and took all of the work stuff away so we are a bit bored from 10-11 in the morning and we miss Tammy but we made plans to see her on Wednesdays so I will still get my cuddle time, yeah!
I had a good weekend and we went to see Mommy's side of the family. It was nice cause we don't get to go too often. I went over to my Aunt Shanny's house and visited with my cousins. They are really fun but I don't like their doggy, she made me cry. I'm not sure why I don't like dogs but I just decided I didn't! I hope evryone had a good week so far.

I did it!
Here are a few funny pictures of me looking off into space! Mommy wonders what I am thinking of but really I am just teasing her and just staring past her and not at the camera. I like to make her work for the good pictures, tee hee hee!!
Today I finally rolled from my back to my stomach! It was hard and I struggled and grunted but I finally did it on my own. I did it once more and then when I tried it again I got stuck and very mad so I had a bit of a hissy but I settled back down when Mommy helped me the last time, lol!! I can't wait to do it again tomorrow! I hope everyone enjoyed their Canada Day. We went to Grandma's and Grandpa's house and Aunt Amy and Mommy had a yard sale. I went on a sleep strike and Daddy had to drive me around so that I would take a nap in the truck hehehehe! Can you say wrapped??? LOLOLOL!!
