Today was another fun day but for different reasons. After breakfast we opened day 2 on our advent calendars. Strangely enough my calendar was missing my day 2 surprise but Mommy thinks I just might find it on day 7 lol! Fortunately we still had the Lindt calendar and here is our prize.
Soon after Grandma arrived and stayed with me for a bit while Mommy & Daddy went out for an appointment. When they got back this is what they told me…
Yep, that’s right, I am going to have a little brother. I still really don’t know what they are talking about but I’m sure I will understand once he gets here. Maybe in a few more months I will realize what is happening? Mommy says I will be a wonderful big sister and show him the ropes lol.
When I got up for my nap we went to the mall to buy some little boy clothes because we really weren’t expecting a boy and all we have is girl clothes so we went to see what was out there. Apparently Mommy liked what she saw because this is what we came home with.
Oh ya, and we brought back an orange juice too, which I thought Iggle Piggle might want some of.

The Children's Place was my FAVORITE place to shop when my kiddos were tiny! Cute clothes and CONGRATS on the little boy. It is so much fun having a girl and a boy. They are so different in so many ways. It makes the parenting experience complete - in my mind! :)
Goodness. How very exciting to find you are having a boy. (We have four girls altogether, whom we adore. But, we've always wondered what that would be like.)
