Mondays With Mason

Surprise Tooth!  

26 Weeks tomorrow and 6 Months old on Wednesday!!  Half a year old already!!!  Time is really flying by.  This week I surprised Mommy with my first tooth!  It wasn’t there Friday when I went to sleep but it was there when I woke up.  I have been drooling like crazy for months now and I have been attacking faces and chewing on fingers.  Taylor did that for 6 months before she cut her first tooth at almost 9 months old so Mommy wasn’t even expecting a tooth because I wasn’t acting fussy or crying during the night.   What can I say, I like to keep her guessing LOL.  I started eating solids this week too.  I am not too thrilled with sweet potatoes yet but I do love applesauce and raspberries… YUM!  I am also starting to get up on my hands and knees and rocking back and forth.  I haven’t accomplished this on the hardwood floor yet but I can do it on the couch and carpet.  Last but not least, I am starting to copy things.  When I was at Grandma & Grandpa’s house Grandpa tapped on the table to try to get my attention and so I tapped on the table too.  We sat there and played that game for a few minutes until Taylor came in the room and tapped on the table too.  I thought that was so great and laughed and laughed and laughed!  So far only Taylor can get me to laugh like that.
